                                                          Hold My Hand
                                                                             - Durjoy Datta
'  Hold My Hand ' is the simplest yet beautiful book I have ever read. It is the story of an awkward young man named Deep a real introvert who is obsessed with libraries & books.
His dream comes true when he  is sent to Hong Kong to study & test the library cataloguing software at its head office. And there he meets Ahana a stunningly beautiful & outspoken girl with an open spirit  & who suffered from a rare congenital disease leaving her blind & there begins their story. Together they explores Hong Kong Ahana guiding with the smells & sounds of the wondorous city & bringing life to the sights he see.

The novel  is fantastically narrated by the author. And the style of narrating brings the scenes alive & makes the reading experience wonderful. Author  says it through the perspective of story of a Nerd boy & A Blind Girl. The story is not filled up with so many twist & turns but the author makes sure that the reader never gets bored.  All most all the characters in the novel have a positive or optimistic shade & the climax too ends with an optimistic view.As we read the novel the characters becomes much dearer for us.  It's a real heart touching novel which leaves an unforgettable impression my mind.
